A bound relic for keeping words, thoughts, devotions and quiet observations.
This journal bears the image of a woodland fairy rendered in gold against deep green cloth. The illustration originates from the first edition of The Olive Fairy Book, compiled in 1907 by Andrew Lang and published under the editorial direction of his wife Leonora Alleyne, with illustrations by Henry Justice Ford.
Within RELIC, this piece is offered not as stationery but as a vessel. A place to return to handwriting. To slow the mind into form. To record fragments, dreams, lists, letters, sketches, and or prayers.
The fairy on the cover is not ornamental. She is rooted and watchful. A reminder of the unseen structures beneath the surface of ordinary life.

This journal is for those who keep words as objects. Who understand that writing is a form of remembering. Who know that some books are meant to be lived with rather than completed.
